Where do you deliver?

How do I track my parcel?

We will email you the tracking code as soon as the product is processed and shipped out.  

What are the accepted payment options?

We accept payment via PayPal, Online Banking through Bills Plz and Credit Cards. 

Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery)?

We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery)

Do you accept Credit Card?

Yes we do - via Paypal.

My item is damaged or incorrect, what do I do?

We're sorry this happened! Please email info@projectmirro.com within 7 working days to initiate an exchange. A customer representative will guide you through the process via email / phone call / whatsapp. Please note that you must return the damaged / incorrect item in its original packaging. Used items will not be eligible for an exchange. Photo evidence is required.

We will replace your item with a new one (subject to stock availability), or we will provide you a refund. If 7 days have gone by since you received the item, the item will not be eligible for an exchange / store credit refund. 

I changed my mind about my purchase. Can I get a refund on my item?

We're sorry, we're unable to offer refunds if you change your mid. Goods sold are not returnable / refundable.
