Where do you deliver?

Malaysia, for now. If you're located elsewhere & have a Paypal account, we might still be able to cater to you. Do drop us an email at info@projectmirro.com. We will try our best to ship to your location!

I opted for Self-collect, when and where can I pickup my items?

Once your item is ready, we will email and call you to arrange location of pick, date and time. Please ensure the number you provide in your details is correct.

Why does it take 5-8  weeks for my cushions to arrive?
All our products are made to order. We will only begin production on your item once the order is made and confirmed. 

Why does it take 2-3  weeks for my Kimonos to arrive?
All our products are made to order. We will only begin production on your item once the order is made and confirmed. 

How much will Project MIRRO donate to charities and organizations?
We aspire to be as transparent as possible to our customers. Currently, we are looking at 10-20% of our sales to donate to the respective organizations / charities / communities, depending on the response we get. However, if we think we can give more, we will!

How do I track my parcel?

We will email you the tracking code as soon as the product is completed and shipped. Please note the manufacturing process can take up to 6 weeks, so we will only be able to provide the tracking code after. 

What are the accepted payment options?

We accept payment via PayPal, Online Banking through Bills Plz and Credit Cards. 

Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery)?

We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery)

Do you accept Credit Card?

Yes we do - via Paypal.

My item is damaged or incorrect, what do I do?

We're sorry this happened! Please email info@projectmirro.com within 7 working days to initiate an exchange. A customer representative will guide you through the process via email or phone call. Please note that you must return the damaged / incorrect item in it's original packaging. Used items will not be eligible for an exchange. Photo evidence is required.

We will replace your item with a new one (subject to stock availability), or we will provide you a refund. If 7 days have gone by since you received the item, the item will not be eligible for an exchange / store credit refund. 

I changed my mind about my purchase. Can I get a refund on my item?

We're sorry, we're unable to offer refunds if you change your mid. Goods sold are not returnable / refundable.
